Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations

Official Tournament Rules

By registering and/or participating in any tournament, you agree to be bound by these Rules, Terms, and Conditions. You also agree that all decisions made by Member Only Club Inc. Management are final.

Cheating Policy

First Rule: Cheating will result in immediate disqualification, no refund, and you will be banned for life from participating in any future tournament.

Playing for someone other than yourself is strictly prohibited. Throwing a game because you believe you can no longer win the tournament is also not allowed.

These rules ensure fairness and integrity within the tournament. Violating these rules disrupts the competition and compromises the experience of other players. Following these guidelines helps maintain a respectful and competitive environment.

Online Tournament Communication Rules

Because this is an online game, players may not text or communicate with each other to learn what another player has or what they plan to do next.

Communication during tournament play is limited to brief greetings or casual conversation only. Any communication intended to provide an advantage is strictly prohibited.

Game Completion & Resignation

All games must be completed or formally resigned. This policy helps ensure smooth tournament progression and accurately determines which players advance to the next round.

If you resign a game by accident, and it is determined to be an honest mistake, you are allowed one accidental resignation per tournament. Any additional accidental resignation during the same tournament will count as a loss.

Tournament Entry Requirements

A minimum of 30–64 entries is required to start the tournament. The minimum number of entries is subject to change for larger payouts or tournament requirements.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tournament may be postponed or canceled. All registered players will be notified, and all entry fees will be fully refunded if the tournament is canceled.

Tournament Schedule

The tournament consists of four (4) rounds, with a total playing time of 12 hours.

If you choose to participate, you must be available for the entire tournament schedule. Tournament deadlines must be met unless additional time is granted by the tournament promoter.

Prize Payment

When you win, we will first send $1 to verify that your payment information is correct before sending the remaining prize amount.

We are not responsible for incorrect Cash App or Zelle information provided by players.

Membership Requirements

You must be an active member to participate in any Member Only Club tournament, whether online or in person.

If a member is convicted of a violent crime, their membership may be revoked.

Member Only Club promotes positive community values. Fighting, arguing, or disruptive behavior at any event or facility is prohibited. The instigator may lose their membership permanently, and other participants involved may also lose tournament privileges.

Monthly Charity Donation

Each month, $250 will be donated to a charity chosen by one of the players. Eligible charities may include:

  • Schools
  • Churches
  • Families in need
  • Health centers
  • Community organizations

Donation amounts are subject to change.

Tournament Management

Players must report at least five (5) minutes before their scheduled game time. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early.
