  1. Eligibility
    You must have an active Member Only Club membership to participate in the Affiliate Rewards Program.


    Only active members are eligible to earn referral commissions.


  2. Referral Commission
    Affiliates earn a 25% cash commission for every successful membership referral.


    A referral is considered successful only after the referred member completes their membership purchase and payment has been successfully processed.


  3. Unlimited Referrals
    There is no limit to the number of members you can refer.


    You may continue earning commissions for every qualified referral.


  4. Quarterly Top Referrer Award
    The $500 Quarterly Top Referrer Award is available only to Gold Monthly and VIP Annual members.


    Silver Single Pass members are not eligible for the Quarterly Top Referrer Award.


  5. Minimum Referral Requirement
    To qualify for the $500 Quarterly Top Referrer Award, you must successfully refer at least 10 new active members during the qualifying quarter.

    Only referrals who maintain an active Gold Monthly or VIP Annual membership will count toward the minimum referral requirement and the Quarterly Top Referrer Award.

    Referrals with a Silver Single Pass membership are eligible for the 25% referral commission only and do not count toward the 10-member minimum or eligibility for the $500 Quarterly Top Referrer Award.

    If no eligible member meets the minimum requirement of 10 qualifying Gold Monthly or VIP Annual referrals during the quarter, the $500 Quarterly Top Referrer Award may not be issued.

  6. Referral Verification
    All referrals are subject to verification by the Member Only Club.


    Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, or referrals that violate the program rules will not qualify for commissions or awards.


  7. Commission Payments
    Referral commissions are paid only after the referred member's payment has been successfully processed and is no longer subject to cancellation, refund, or chargeback.


    The Member Only Club reserves the right to withhold commissions until eligibility has been verified.


  8. Program Changes
    Member Only Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Rewards Program, including commission rates, eligibility requirements, and promotional incentives, at any time without prior notice.


  9. Final Decisions
    All decisions regarding referral eligibility, commission payments, quarterly award winners, and program administration are final and made solely by Member Only Club.


  10. Acceptance of Terms
    By participating in the Affiliate Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
