Join Our Exclusive Online Domino Community

To become a member of our Exclusive Private Domino Club, you must have a genuine love, respect, passion, and integrity for the game of Domino.

We welcome players who demonstrate outstanding sportsmanship, honesty, and mutual respect toward fellow competitors in both online and in-person Domino tournaments.

Our goal is to build a community of dedicated Domino players who compete fairly, encourage others, and represent the highest standards of professionalism.

What We Look for in Our Members

We value members who:

• Have a passion for the game of Domino.
• Display honesty, integrity, and fair play.
• Show respect for opponents, teammates, referees, and organizers.
• Demonstrate excellent sportsmanship during every tournament.
• Make positive contributions to their communities at home and in the workplace.
• Have strong character, a kind heart, and a commitment to nonviolence.
• Represent the qualities of a professional Domino player.

Member Only Private Club Waitlist Process

Joining our Exclusive Private Club is a selective process designed to maintain a high-quality community of dedicated Domino players.

Step 1: Membership Application

Prospective members must complete and submit a membership application expressing their interest in joining the club.

Step 2: Sponsorship

Applicants must be sponsored by an existing club member who can vouch for their character, integrity, and suitability for membership.

Step 3: Interview & Screening

Qualified applicants may be invited to participate in an interview with the Membership Committee to determine whether they align with the club's values, culture, and community standards.

A background check may also be conducted as part of the membership review process.

Step 4: Waitlist Enrollment

Applicants who successfully complete the review process will be placed on the official membership waitlist.

Once added to the waitlist, applicants will receive a confirmation email with information about their application and waitlist status.

Step 5: Waitlist Updates & Member Engagement

While on the waitlist, applicants may receive:

• Regular updates regarding their position on the waitlist.
• Club news and exclusive announcements.
• Sneak peeks of upcoming tournaments, features, and member benefits.
• Special offers, including Founding Member pricing or priority access when available.

Step 6: Membership Invitation

When a membership becomes available, the next eligible applicant on the waitlist will receive an official invitation to join the club.

Applicants must accept the invitation and complete any remaining membership requirements within the timeframe provided.

Step 7: Continued Waitlist Management

Applicants who remain on the waitlist will continue to receive updates and communications from the club.

If an applicant withdraws their application, is no longer interested, or joins another club, their name will be removed from the waitlist, and the next eligible applicant will be invited.

Membership Approval & Club Access

When a membership becomes available, the next eligible applicant will receive an official invitation to join the club.

Upon accepting the invitation and completing the membership process, members will receive:

• Access to exclusive online and in-person Domino tournaments.
• Regular tournament announcements and event updates.
• Early access to tournament registration.
• Exclusive member news, promotions, and special offers.
• Priority access to selected tournaments and member-only events.
• Ongoing updates about new features, prizes, and club activities.
